Terra Rika Resort. Terra Rika Beach & Dive Resort is located at the southwestern tip of Saud White Beach at Burayoc Point. Its location gives guests a great view of the giant windmills in Bangui Bay and arc of white beach that is Saud Beach and the South China Sea. The resort comprises 25 air-conditioned rooms all having satellite TV and refrigerator, and all with ensuite bathrooms with hot and cold water
The resort comprises 3 buildings. The main building has five floors and has 7 suite rooms, the Sumatra Hall, and the Terraza Café. The Annex building is 3 floor building that has 11 deluxe and suite rooms. There are 7 additional rooms located in the Cottage nearest to the Saud White beach.
They also allow you to stay in contact with the outside world with several free WI-FI hot spots and they also have a standby power supply generator.
Terra Rika Resort Diving
As the main local dive centre they have snorkelling equipment, SCUBA gear and all the related equipment, bottle refilling station, and they offer diver certification at economical rates. They also offer hire of kayaks and banca.
Terra Rika Functions
The resort has a multi-function hall overlooking the sea. The hall has a capacity of 200 people with quality audiovisual equipment and a widescreen LCD for interfacing with computers and other presentation aids. This suits companies and government organizations who want to run a conference, seminar or training or team building periods.
