The homestay areas are spread in the villages of Saud, Burayoc, Balaoi and in the Poblacion so cgheck them out.

There is a program headed by the Department of Tourism called, The Homestay Program, which allows tourists to experience Ilocano lifestyle, along with local Ilocano food.  Prices can vary depending on the family and the season.  The rates per person is typically from P250 /night.  Check with chosen homestay for current room rates as much as been affected by Covid and some on this list may no longer be open.

UBASA HOMESTAY PAGUDPUD. This homestay is located not far from the Saud Municipal beach on the main road and gets a lot of customers. 

MARILYNS HOMESTAY PAGUDPUD. This homestay is located not far from the Saud Municipal beach on the main road and quite popular 

TITA NORA'S HOMESTAY. They offer affordable accommodation. They have 2 medium sized rooms (suitable for 3 persons in each room), a kitchen with refrigerator/stove, 1 bathroom and television. Just 50 metres away from Saud white beach which is as close as you can get to relaxing.

DAMAYAN'S HOMESTAY. Two rooms, the smaller can accommodate 3-4 persons and has a comfort room and a bathroom. The larger room can accommodate 6-8 persons. It also has a kitchen for you to cook for free. For more information and reservation contact them.

WALLY’S WORLD SURF HOMESTAY. The home stay is located in the Maira-Ira Point area near Kapuluan Vista. Offers good and comfortable accommodation, from P230 per person and they have a store that sells almost everything. Halo Halo is also available in the afternoon. Wally also provides surfing lessons for beginners. Check on rates as they have changed since Covid and our info is probably out of date now.

ARNOLDS BLUE LAGOON HOMESTAY. Arnold Medrano’s homestay has one room for guests. The room can accommodate up to five persons. The home stay is located in the Blue Lagoon Area near Agua Seda and Kapuluan Vista at Maira-Ira Point. 

SARABO. Pob 2 Pagupud, on the main road coming in. You can miss the shell atop the Burayoc name. They have a very comfortable lodge, also great camp sites for tents, a good souvenir shop (probably the only one, they usually stock some good tee shirts!) and the merienda snack shack. You can also buy Sukang Iloco there as well, make sure you stop and buy some.
