Here at Tartaruga's Hotel and restaurant we looked at what people actually wanted. They wanted accommodation that was modern, and clean. For food they wanted affordable meals, they wanted it served hot and also wanted is fast. That is what delivered. We both started our food journey long ago. Jane is a fantastic cook with a passion for food. John is also a food tragic. He started working in fast food cooking pizza with Pizza Hut, then started working with a great chef as a simple kitchen had cooking great and innovative modern French cuisine.
